Many companies do not consider what happens to their used goods once they have been removed from site.  Some companies actively seek to have their items 'dumped' to avoid any hassle.  Millions  of tons of office furniture — most of which is not biodegradable — end up in landfills each year. In this day and age this is no longer acceptable ~(was it ever???) . 

 All work and items handled by Actively Green is handled with priority care given to the environment.  Items which cannot be given a new life will be broken up into their component elements and recycled.  Only where there is no other option available will items ever reach landfill.  Plastics, wood, metals,paper,card,ink cartridges etc. are all recycled, even where there is no commercial incentive or benefit to actively green.  

All ink cartridges and toners are recycled to benefit the International Primate Protection League (UK)

Ethical business can work - we are living proof of that!  All it takes is the ability to view everything by its cost to the environment and change the 'throw away and make more' culture we find ourselves in.  

The earth is not made up of infinite resources and it cannot sustain industry in its current form so we need to find a new, responsible way forward.
